LAS VEGAS – Boise State delivered a 4-0 sweep over San Diego State on Thursday night to punch its ticket to the Mountain West Championship final.

The No. 3 Broncos (22-8) advance to their fourth-consecutive championship match after knocking off the No. 2 Aztecs (12-12).

Boise State seized an early lead by claiming the doubles point. After dropping the first doubles match on court three, Carson Baker and Avery Tallakson rallied on court one to defeat William Kleege and Aleksi Lofman. On court two, Stewart Aronson and Filip Soderqvist erased a 4-1 deficit and battled to a 7-6 (4) win over Imran Daniel Hazli and Eugenio Gonzalez to secure the point.

Taiyo Kurata struck first in singles with a commanding 6-3, 6-1 win over Brock Anderson on court six. Soderqvist followed with an identical 6-3, 6-1 victory against Finn Willman on court four, pushing the lead to 3-0.

Lukas Velik sealed the sweep with a 6-3, 7-5 win over Lars Johann, sending Boise State to the final.
