Bailey Hawkins joined the Boise State athletic staff in June 2022 and is currently the assistant to the head football coach. In addition to organizing the head coach's schedule, she handles communication with the families of student-athletes and staff members. She is a liaison for BroncoLife and has oversight of incoming bridge programs. Hawkins is the contact for community requests and donations, as well as the teams' community service.
